Multimedia Designer - Learning and Development
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and passionate Multimedia Designer to join our growing Learning and Development team. You will play a key role in designing engaging and effective learning experiences for our agents through a variety of digital media, including graphic design, video production, and animation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging digital learning materials, including Interactive training manuals and guides Presentations and infographics Videos (live-action and animated) Motion graphics and animations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand training needs and translate complex information into easily digestible visual content.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all learning materials.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in multimedia design and eLearning.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a multimedia design role, preferably within a learning and development context.
- Strong portfolio showcasing
Graphic design skills (layout, typography, color theory)
Video editing and production expertise
Animation and motion graphics proficiency
- Proficiency in industry-standard software Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Camtasia, Vvyond Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning authoring tools (preferred)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- A passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
