Job Title: Deputy Manager - Finance (MIS)
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Mode: Onsite & Day Shift
Responsibilities
- Amenable to work onsite at our Eastwood site, Quezon City
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in finance, FP&A, or cost management
- Graduate of Finance or Accounting course.
- Strong Excel and ERP (SAP/Oracle) skills
- Experience in budgeting, Opex Control and Team Leadership
- Skills with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is strong advantage
Job Description
- Lead month-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Review journal entries and perform variance (BLE) analysis
- Manage Opex budgets and drive cost control initiatives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning
- Prepare and present MIS reports and insights into management
- Oversee asset management and physical verification
- Partner with cross-functional teams for financial planning
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
