Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Demand Planner, primarily based in Pasig, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Demand Planner will develop demand forecasts, analyze data trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal production planning and inventory management. Responsibilities include monitoring supply chain operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and creating actionable insights to meet business and market needs efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in data-driven decision making
  • Experience in Production Planning and supply chain processes
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Excel or forecasting platforms
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and effectively collaborate with diverse teams
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field is preferred
