What You'll Do
- Build and maintain statistical baseline forecasts using advanced planning tools (e.g., Anaplan).
- Integrate sales activities and marketing initiatives into demand assumptions.
- Generate SKU-level demand plans and store pull-out projections.
- Analyze forecast accuracy (WAPE/Bias) and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment.
- Support Sales & Operations Planning processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Management Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills; knowledge of risk and project management.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with statistical tools.
- Willing to travel for field work and be based in Ortigas, Pasig.
