The Role

The Delivery Manager will assist the Platform Development Head/Team Lead in monitoring the development and testing of new services, features, and enhancements for the bank's digital platforms.

The role focuses on coordinating requirements, monitoring project implementation, and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the Delivery Manager also supports user training, provides business-as-usual (BAU) system support, and helps ensure smooth adoption and stable day-to-day operations.

The ideal profile is a detail-oriented professional with a good understanding of digital platforms, comfortable working across project and operational environments, and able to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business users.

Your Team

You will work closely with our business partners, the household brands in technology, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft and Outsystems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements by acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and customer needs.
  • Translate and formalize requirements into clear, approved specifications and project documents, ensuring alignment with PIO standards and consistent customer experience.
  • Review functional and technical designs (including process flows and screen designs) to confirm completeness, usability, and readiness for development and testing.
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered features meet agreed requirements and quality expectations prior to production release.
  • Oversee onboarding and enhancement initiatives for new and existing systems by reviewing requirements and endorsing readiness for implementation with SQA teams.
  • Monitor project execution and progress by participating in agile ceremonies, tracking milestones, and reporting status, risks, and achievements to leadership.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by reviewing procedures, identifying gaps, and recommending changes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time (TAT).
  • Provide business-as-usual (BAU) system support by validating pre-production setups, replicating production issues in UAT, and ensuring system stability for supported business units.
  • Support user enablement and adoption through training, guidance, and knowledge transfer on supported systems and processes.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or IT
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms, project management, risk management and compliance
  • Familiar with software development life cycle and/or concept of systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Office, Excel, PowerPoint) applications, mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to adapt to change and collaborate with a team.
