Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders/clients to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
- Mine and analyse data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
- Develop custom AI agent workflows based on market LLM capabilities
- Use predictive modellings and/or AI agent workflows to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and/or AI agent workflows and monitor outcomes
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model and/or AI agent workflows performance and data accuracy
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Data Scientist
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in computer science, data science, operations research, statistics, applied mathematics, or related quantitative fields
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, constrained optimization, sentiment analysis, graph community detection, etc.) and experience with applications
- Knowledge of advance time-series forecasting and experience with applications
- Experience with applications of training and deploying deep-learning models
- Experience using statistical computer languages (Scipy and/or Scikit-learn, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
- Knowledge of advanced techniques for building AI agents workflows (e.g., LangGraph, Pydantic AI, or equivalent)
- Strong experience with Python programming language
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
- Experience with distributed data / computing tools: Hadoop, Kafka, Attunity, Dask, Spark, etc. is a plus
- Experience developing and/or deploying in environments (AWS, GCP) and containerization techniques (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Elastic) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques

- Experience in the design, planning, and implementation of data science projects
- Experience in knowledge transfer and coaching of team members
