What You'll Do:
- Lead and advise teams on high-impact activities across the systems development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide solutions to challenges that span multiple groups.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using machine learning techniques.
- Perform data munging and analysis to extract patterns and insights from large datasets.
- Develop and implement statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Visualize data using Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert and guide the team in making data-driven decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms (linear/logistic regression, decision trees, clustering, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid grasp of data munging techniques to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and provide strategic insights.
