We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join our Makati team and support the processing, validation, and management of market research data across global projects.
Salary: Php 35,000-40,000
Work set-up: Onsite
Location: Makati City
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, validate, and organize large datasets from multiple sources
- Perform quality checks on survey data (logic, quotas, consistency, accuracy)
- Identify and resolve data issues, inconsistencies, and missing values
- Conduct data comparisons and support root cause analysis
- Prepare structured reports, summaries, and data extracts for projects
- Automate data processing using Excel (advanced functions, macros) or SPSS
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (ISO 20252, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with project managers, programmers, and QA teams
Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in market research is a plus (not required)
- Strong skills in Excel (advanced) and SPSS
- Experience in data validation, cleaning, and processing large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
