As a Data Management Officer at ALEMCO, you will manage project data across EDMS platforms and Power BI, ensuring accurate document control, tracking, and reporting. You'll oversee document workflows (submittals, RFIs, NCRs), maintain structured records, and develop dashboards that provide real-time insights to support project performance and decision-making.

Your Role

• Take ownership of project-wide data integrity across Aconex or other EDMS platforms
• Design and implement efficient workflows to streamline data processes
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track submittals, inspections, NCRs, and key project metrics
• Extract, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Train and support subcontractors and internal teams on EDMS and data best practices
• Ensure consistency and standardization of data across systems
• Support QA/QC teams with custom reports and real-time performance tracking
• Maintain accurate logs and registers across all project documentation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years experience in data management or a related field
• Strong experience with EDMS platforms (Aconex preferred)
• Proven expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
