Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Prepare, monitor, and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track performance across supply chain and transport functions.
  • Manage and optimize warehouse APIs, ensuring efficient resource utilization and smooth operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and transport teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear options and recommendations for management decision-making.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact in communication.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as Excel, Power BI (preferred), and PowerPoint for analysis and visualization.
  • Stay updated on emerging analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams by promoting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large volumes of data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros); experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Skilled in preparing presentations and communicating insights effectively to higher management.
  • Familiarity with warehouse systems, APIs, and operational data flows.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear manner.
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work.
  • Coachable, willing to learn, and adaptable to new tools and methodologies.
  • Willing to work onsite.
