Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and prepare analytical materials to help improve sales performance and achieve sales targets.
- Optimize internal departments and information distribution stations, and upload and publish information to ensure regional colleagues receive the information correctly.
- Output management reports based on various retail dimensions (such as coverage, personnel, achievement of targets, incentive acquisition, etc.).
- Establish processes to enhance the efficiency and quality of the organization's work.
- Use other IT tools and manage giveaways to help achieve goals.
- Monthly analysis of coverage, identifying areas of lag and following up on necessary changes.
- Basic actions and on-site management reports for mall campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in retail operations, administration, or customer support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
- A team player with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with the 3C products and retail management industry is preferred.
