Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data and prepare analytical materials to help improve sales performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Optimize internal departments and information distribution stations, and upload and publish information to ensure regional colleagues receive the information correctly.
  • Output management reports based on various retail dimensions (such as coverage, personnel, achievement of targets, incentive acquisition, etc.).
  • Establish processes to enhance the efficiency and quality of the organization's work.
  • Use other IT tools and manage giveaways to help achieve goals.
  • Monthly analysis of coverage, identifying areas of lag and following up on necessary changes.
  • Basic actions and on-site management reports for mall campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in retail operations, administration, or customer support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with the 3C products and retail management industry is preferred.
