GrowthAssistant is looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who thrives on turning raw data into clear insights. In this role, you'll clean, organize, and analyze complex datasets to create accurate and visually engaging reports and dashboards. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to ensure data accuracy, deliver actionable insights, and support decision-making through well-structured reporting.
Compensation & Perks
Salary Range: 80,000 - 90,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home

What You'll Do
- Perform data manipulation tasks such as sorting, scrubbing, tagging, cleaning, and de-duping.
- Create templated and custom reports for partners upon request.
- Build dashboards and reports from scratch or using existing templates.
- Analyze results and prepare clear summaries and insights for internal or client use.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on various datasets.
- Validate and troubleshoot existing reports to ensure data and logic accuracy.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis tasks as needed to support business decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in complex data analysis.
- Strong experience with Python (preferred), plus working knowledge of SQL or R.
- Proficiency in Looker (or similar BI tools).
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Proven ability to create ad-hoc reports and dashboards from scratch.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work CET (Central Time Zone) business hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience with R, Google Analytics, and CRMs.
- Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal communication.
- Experience working with marketing datasets.
- Comfort using AI tools in the data analysis space (AI-forward mindset).
- Interest in growing into client-facing data analysis based on client parameters.
