Your Role
- Process and update interfaced reservations from online channels with 99% accuracy.
- Maintain high-level data integrity through meticulous validity checks and reporting.
- Manage individual workflows and queues efficiently to prevent backlogs and optimize task completion.
- Communicate professionally with team members and management regarding daily rate structures and operational issues.
- Execute general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required by Revenue Managers and CCOM.
- Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to health, safety, and emergency protocols.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- At least 2nd year College Level (Business, Hospitality, or Communications courses preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Hospitality (BPO experience is a plus).
- High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a 99% accuracy rate in data entry and processing.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Previous experience in Data Entry, Encoding, or Back-office operations.
- Familiarity with call center software/systems (e.g., 8x8, Dynamics, Citrix).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Fresh graduates with strong computer literacy are welcome to apply.
- For Internal Applicants: At least 12 months tenure with Oaks, no active corrective actions (Class B, C, or D), and met/exceeded scorecard for the last 6 months.
