Your Role
- Pull requested data from various sources ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Model and clean the data so it's ready to analyze
- Analyze data that has been cleaned to outline trends, sentiments or process pain points
- Create daily, weekly and monthly reports including but not limited to items such as contact centre stats, sales numbers for finance, quality results and social media sentiments
- Maintain company intranet site namely, Sharepoint, JIRA and Confluence
- Maintain current and create new workflows and ensure all are working as designed
- Observe current intake queues, map the process and create methods of robust tracking for further analysis
- Organize scattered data sources into one centralized repository
- Automate administration workflows using JQL, SQL and Power Query
What You Need
- Experience in SQL, HTML and Javascript;
- Experience using Power BI and Excel VBA/Macro;
- Experience using Tableau, SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365
