The Role
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to own creative performance analysis across our portfolio of brands. You'll be the person who connects the dots between what's running in our ad accounts and what the creative team builds next.
Day to day, you'll analyze ad performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google - identifying which hooks, CTAs, formats, and angles are driving results and why. You'll package those findings into reports, testing plans, and creative briefs that directly shape our strategy. You'll sit between our media buying and creative teams, making both sides sharper.
This is a great fit if you love digging into data, building organized systems, and producing clear, well-structured deliverables. We value consistency and thoroughness over flashiness.
What You'll Do
- Analyze ad creative performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google to identify what's working - hooks, CTAs, formats, persona angles, offer framings - and why
- Build and maintain an organized knowledge base of creative learnings across brands, so insights compound over time instead of getting lost
- Help manage creative testing frameworks: naming conventions, test plans, hypothesis tracking, and result documentation
- Produce weekly creative performance reports and contribute to monthly deep-dive presentations with clear, data-backed recommendations
- Monitor trends - track emerging ad formats, competitor creative, and platform changes to surface new opportunities
- Turn performance data into specific creative direction: this hook outperformed by 40% - here's what to try next
- Support media buyers with creative-level insights like fatigue signals, format performance by placement, and audience-creative fit
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in digital marketing, paid media, or a marketing analytics role - experience with DTC or ecommerce brands is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills - you're comfortable working with ad performance data in Excel/Sheets, Ads Manager, or analytics dashboards
- Good eye for creative patterns - you can compare a batch of ads and explain why certain ones outperformed
- Solid reporting and presentation skills - you can turn data into a clean deck or document without being told how to structure it
- Strong written English - your reports and recommendations are clear and don't need a lot of back-and-forth to understand
- Organized and self-directed - you manage your own priorities and keep your work structured without being micromanaged
- Familiarity with any creative analytics tools (Motion, MagicBrief, Foreplay, Triple Whale) is a bonus but not required - we'll train the right person
Nice to Have
- Experience building creative testing roadmaps or managing an ad creative library
- Background in data analysis, research, or a quantitative field
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable
- You genuinely enjoy watching and analyzing ads (we're serious - this is a real differentiator)

- 100,000150,000/month depending on experience
