Your role
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Update reservations received through online channels promptly and accurately
- Ensure all data entered into systems is correct and maintained to the highest standards
- Manage personal workflow and queues efficiently, adhering to established procedures and timelines
- Generate and submit productivity reports as required
- Provide administrative support to Revenue Managers and the CCOM team
- Assist with additional tasks or duties as assigned by management
- Ensure all relevant team members are informed of and have access to daily rate structures and related updates
What You Need:
Non-negotiables:
- Open to undergrads with experience and fresh graduates with good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service, sales, hospitality experience preferably in the BPO industry; Preferably with data entry or encoding experience
- Knowledgeable in computer applications
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel) and other call centre-specific software/systems (i.e. 8x8, Dynamics, AVAYA)
- GDS experience is a plus but not required
