Business Intelligence/Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence / Data Analyst to support our growing data needs. This role is split between producing high-quality reports for business stakeholders and migrating/automating existing reporting from legacy systems into Power BI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, improve reporting efficiency, and support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and deliver clear, accurate, and timely business reports (approx. 50% of the role).

Migrate legacy reporting into Power BI, including redesigning and automating existing reporting processes (approx. 50%).

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.

Use Excel for data analysis, validation, and ad-hoc reporting tasks.

Build intuitive, interactive Power BI dashboards and data models.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and improve reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is advantageous
• Experience creating and maintaining business reports and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data validation, and ETL principles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
