Job Summary
Fortem Cement Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst to analyze sales performance, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on sales reporting, trend analysis, performance tracking, and data validation to help improve sales strategies confirm performance metrics across the organization. The position is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics across products and territories.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
- Validate accuracy and completeness of sales data from multiple sources.
- Track sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators.
- Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance review activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to gather and verify data.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in sales reporting processes.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in sales analysis, data analysis, or business analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
- Willing to work onsite most days in Quezon City.
