  • Voice platform support to employees during US daytime Hours 8CST - 4CST
  • Advance Data Analysis supporting 2025 E2T Enterprise Voice Initiative workstreams: Desk phone and VG replacements, Buildout of WXC POC environment, Production migration planning and communication, production tracking and reporting mechanisms, Production site migrations1.
  • Complex data manipulation leveraging AI for reviewing and validating files
