About The Team

The data scientist team is responsible for analytics and planning of the company's critical areas. We work cross-functionally with Gaming, Marketing and Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. We have different concentrations as follows:

gaming, user growth, community, and strategy/business.

About The Role

As one of the founding Data Analysts on the team, you will design, implement, and own critical models, reporting, and analysis. This role requires deep expertise in data manipulation, dashboard/reporting, experimentation, causal inference, and the ability to surface insights to support high-stakes decision-making.

Requirement

1. Experience in internet data analysis with independent responsibility for data work in core business modules 3 to 5 years of experience in internet data analysis and over 3 years management experience and proven track record of mentoring analysts is required.

2. Proficient in SQL, Python, and other tools for data processing, quantitative analysis, and modeling. Must maintain hands-on capabilities in coding and analysis while managing a team.

3. Strong structured thinking, a high level of curiosity and insight, and the ability to proactively explore and build understanding in unfamiliar areas

4. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, capable of deep and broad engagement with business units, and driving collaboration across upstream and downstream teams.
