Key Responsibilities
- Process promotion discounts, campaigns, vouchers, and other pricing strategies required by the Commercial team.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of product listings, attributes, and pricing across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Commercial, Operations, Customer Service) to resolve data-related issues.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce or retail (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, basic data modeling).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with marketplace platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok).
- Basic knowledge of automations.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
