Data Analyst

What We're Looking For: Data Analyst will evaluate our financing products and compare them against competitor offerings in the fintech space. You'll analyze merchant portfolio performance and align our products with market trends and demand. A key element of this role is the effective use of SQL and Excel to provide timely results and actionable recommendations. Success in this role is demonstrated by meeting or exceeding performance targets for our financing products.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Analyze merchant portfolio data and financing product performance
• Conduct market research and gather merchant feedback
• Evaluate products and forecast performance across different merchant segments
• Provide recommendations on product improvements and launch strategies
• Generate reports and presentations on findings for stakeholders
• Monitor product performance and suggest optimizations
• Analyze market data, trends, and merchant behaviors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
• Assist in defining product requirements and creating user stories
• Conduct user acceptance testing for new features

Product Analyst Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in fintech, banking or e-commerce
• Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL knowledge
• Experience in extract, transform, load (ETL) processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with data visualization tools is a PLUS (not required)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
