We are seeking a high-caliber Data & Advisory Analyst to support the final stages of a Target Operating Model (TOM) advisory project. This is a 4 month contract.
The primary focus is providing expert-level data support for Talent Acquisition (TA) diagnostic work. While experience in TA or HR Reporting/MI is beneficial, we are prioritizing candidates with exceptional data modeling and advanced Excel capabilities. This role is ideal for a Reporting & MI Analyst or a Financial Analyst with a strong advisory mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain complex data models to support diagnostic assessments and future-state organizational design.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop high-impact charts, tables, and automated dashboards to visualize key findings for project stakeholders.
- Diagnostic Support: Support the Project Lead in executing TA diagnostic work, identifying operational gaps, and surfacing insights through rigorous data interrogation.
- Process Automation: Utilize advanced Excel functions and macros (VBA) to streamline data collection and consolidate disparate datasets into actionable intelligence.
- Ad-Hoc Advisory Support: Provide rapid-response analysis and data validation during critical late-stage project milestones
Required Technical Skills
- Excel Mastery: Whiz level proficiency, including expert use of Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and VBA/Macros.
- Data Visualization: Ability to translate complex data sets into clean, professional charts and tables suitable for senior advisory presentations.
- Modeling: Demonstrated experience in building structured, scalable, and error-free financial or operational models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background: Previous experience as a Reporting/MI Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Management Consultant.
- TOM Experience: Familiarity with Target Operating Model frameworks or organizational design projects is a significant plus.
- Domain Knowledge: While TA knowledge (e.g., recruitment metrics, pipeline analysis) is a nice-to-have, pure analytical excellence is the priority.
