System Implementation
- Coordinates/assists in the pilot testing and implementation of a new or enhanced system
- Liaises extensively with external or internal clients
- Conducts user acceptance testing prior deployment of program changes
- Creates user manuals and provides training to users of a new system or feature
- Draws up a testing schedule for the complete system
Software Maintenance
- Analyzes the new requirements of the system for proper coding/debugging of the program
- Specifies modifications of the database structure for an application
- Performs necessary enhancement to the programs based on system requirement
- Evaluates the performance of implemented programs
- Monitors/Installs new programs and/or data in the production environment for implementation
Data Management
Maintain and update company databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Data Entry and Processing
- Enter and update data in systems as required.
- Process data requests and generate reports as needed by various departments.
- Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness
Reporting and Analysis
- Assist in the creation of data reports and dashboards for management review.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to identify data requirements and generate tailored reports
Support and Training
- Provide support to L1 IT support on system features and data related concerns.
- Provide support and training to staff on data-related processes and systems.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions to improve data management practices
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for improving data management processes and systems.
- Propose and implement enhancements to streamline data operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in BS Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course; or equivalent work experience.
- At least with 2 years of related work experience
- Proven experience in data administration, data entry, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Access, MongoDB).
- Experience with data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Has a background in document analysis
- Knowledgeable in clinical and/or business processes
- With document management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in resolving data quality problems
- Experience in managing data initiatives and ensuring compliance with data standards.
- Able to align master data rules and application operations with business and IT stakeholders
- Physically and mentally fit, with pleasing personality, with clinical and/or business background, can communicate well, self-motivated, positive work attitude, good inter-personal relation, ability to handle confidential matters with integrity Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
