Reporting & Data Analyst

The Role

We are seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst to joinour growing Applications team at IPH Limited in Manila.

This role is ideal for a technically strong, detail-oriented professional with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and third-party vendors to deliver accurate, insightful, and reliable reports that support business decision-making across the organization.

Reporting into the Applications Services Manager (CAN), the Reporting & Data Analyst will be involved across the full reporting and data lifecycle, from data collection and analysis through report and dashboard design, delivery, and ongoing optimization, while collaborating with a global IT team supporting users across multiple regions.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, and developing reporting solutions that deliver real value in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, cleanse, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using SSRS, Power BI, and MS Fabric.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating findings into clear insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide analytical support.
• Automate and improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests.
• Ensure clear documentation and shared understanding of reports with team members and end users.
• Support Service Desk and project teams to clarify reporting requirements and transition solutions to BAU support.
• Engage with third-party vendors on reporting-related initiatives when required.
• Follow IPH security policies to protect data and systems.
• Perform other duties as required.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst.
• Strong experience with reporting and visualization tools, including SSRS, Power BI, and MS Fabric.
• Experience working in a technology delivery environment; exposure to the Intellectual Property domain is an asset.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of basic statistical analysis techniques.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• ITIL, Lean, or Agile experience or certification is an asset.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
