The Role
We have a fast-growing customer base in the Philippines — from primary schools to universities — using both our software and hardware products. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to be their dedicated partner on the ground: delivering training, driving adoption, supporting implementations, and ensuring every institution gets lasting value from ClassIn.This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, is patient and thorough in training environments, and takes pride in seeing clients succeed.
What You'll Do
● Onboard new institutions, delivering hands-on training for teachers, IT staff, and administrators on ClassIn's software and hardware products
● Support the deployment and implementation of ClassIn hardware and AI Classroom solutions in schools and universities
● Build strong relationships with key contacts at each institution, serving as their primary point of contact for ongoing needs
● Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to track adoption, surface issues early, and identify opportunities for deeper usage
● Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product and service improvements
● Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across your portfolio of accounts
What We're Looking For
● Experience in customer success, account management, training, or a client-facing technical role — ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or education
● Comfortable delivering training and product demos to diverse audiences, from teachers to IT departments
● Confident communicator in English and Filipino; strong interpersonal skills with a warm, professional manner
● Organised and proactive — able to manage a portfolio of accounts and follow through on commitments
● Comfortable working with both software platforms and hardware products in real-world school environments
● A genuine interest in education and a belief in the impact technology can have in the classroom
