Duties And Responsibilities
- Brand Strategic Management
- Portfolio Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies for Ruijie s networking
solutions, Kstar's power systems, and Gaoxian's autonomous robots.
- Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor representatives;
manage price negotiations, rebate programs, and product roadmaps.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors in the ICT distributor to identify market gaps
and pricing opportunities.
- Technical & Sales Enablement
- Product Training: Conduct regular technical and sales training sessions for the
internal sales team and external channel partners.
- Technical Support: Assist the pre-sales team in designing complex solutions that
integrate networking (Ruijie), backup power (Kstar), and automated service
(Gaoxian).
- Demonstrations: Lead high-level product demonstrations, particularly for Gaoxian
robotics and Kstar data center solutions, to prospective C-level clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE),
Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Product Management or Business Development
within the ICT. Proven experience working within a B2B distribution environment
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience managing networking brands (similar to
Ruijie), power solutions (similar to Kstar), is highly advantage
