Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Iloilo. The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless customer support process, and collaborating with team members to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
  • Experience in delivering excellent Customer Experience and maintaining positive customer relations
  • Ability to effectively handle diverse customer inquiries and concerns
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using communication and customer service tools or platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Prior experience in customer service roles, especially in a call center setting, is a plus
