Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bacolod for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will oversee the planning, management, and supervision of multiple branches within the designated area. Responsibilities include staff coordination, sales target achievement, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing resources, and leading onsite activities to drive branch success.

Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership, staff coordination, and operational management.
• Sales and target achievement skills in financial or customer-centric environments.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports.
• Effective communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with financial services or microfinance is an advantage.
• Willingness to be based on-site in Bacolod.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
