Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative position based in Davao. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer experiences. The representative will effectively manage a variety of communication channels while maintaining professionalism and identifying improvements to enhance customer service interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience (Phone, Email & Chat)
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of inquiries
  • Experience in working with Customer Service Representatives or other customer-facing roles
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment at an on-site location
  • Knowledge of call center systems and workflows is an advantage
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
