Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Davao. The Customer Service Representative will handle client inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide support by delivering timely and accurate solutions. The role involves responding to customer needs via various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, while maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Working closely with team members, you will also assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in multitasking and managing time efficiently
  • Related experience in the call center or BPO industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
