Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide excellent service, addressing customer concerns or questions efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, scheduling, and report generation.
- Support team operations by helping with basic accounting tasks (e.g., tracking invoices, payroll entries, or expense reports).
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of company and customer information.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CSR, customer support, or similar role.
- Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, report preparation, or basic bookkeeping.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using online tools and office applications (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM, etc.).
- Stable remote work setup: reliable internet connection, backup power source, quiet workspace, and noise-cancelling headset for calls.
- Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
