About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong administrative support skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable someone who can handle customer interactions while efficiently managing back-office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide excellent service, addressing customer concerns or questions efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, scheduling, and report generation.
  • Support team operations by helping with basic accounting tasks (e.g., tracking invoices, payroll entries, or expense reports).
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of company and customer information.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a CSR, customer support, or similar role.
  • Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, report preparation, or basic bookkeeping.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using online tools and office applications (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM, etc.).
  • Stable remote work setup: reliable internet connection, backup power source, quiet workspace, and noise-cancelling headset for calls.
  • Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
