HSG / SHSG must have at least 1 year Customer Facing Service Experience
Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with order placements, tracking, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and product inquiries.
Respond to customer concerns through chat, email, or calls depending on the support channel.
Provide accurate product details, availability, and order status updates.
Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, wrong items, damaged products, and payment concerns.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, or internal teams to escalate customer cases when needed.
Maintain professionalism and empathy throughout customer interactions.
Ensure proper documentation of all customer transactions in the system.
Meet KPIs including response time, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
