Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle inquiries from clients and potential customers professionally
  • Assist in upselling or guiding customers to appropriate services
  • Support basic administrative tasks as assigned
  • Coordinate with the Office Manager for daily instructions and task updates
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the construction industry is required
  • Proven track record in customer service and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Organized and attentive to detail

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Reliable PC or laptop
  • Stable wired internet connection
  • Backup power source (e.g., UPS or generator)
  • Internet backup (e.g., secondary line or pocket Wi-Fi)
