This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries from clients and potential customers professionally
- Assist in upselling or guiding customers to appropriate services
- Support basic administrative tasks as assigned
- Coordinate with the Office Manager for daily instructions and task updates
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Prior experience in the construction industry is required
- Proven track record in customer service and sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Organized and attentive to detail

- Stable wired internet connection
- Backup power source (e.g., UPS or generator)
- Internet backup (e.g., secondary line or pocket Wi-Fi)
- Noise-canceling headset preferred
