About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and seamless clinic experience from appointment booking to post-visit support.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Makati, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and inquiries promptly via online.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist with basic billing inquiries and payment transactions.
  • Coordinate closely with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure an excellent patient experience before, during, and after every visit.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Front Desk, or Customer Support is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to resolve inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and willing to learn clinic management systems.
  • Able to work full-time on-site and adapt to clinic operating hours.
  • Experience in a healthcare or dental clinic setting is an advantage.
  • Senior High School graduate or college-level education in Business, Hospitality, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
