Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in the BPO industry (any account)
- Completed 2 years undergraduate in college OR open to an Associate Degree and Vocational course (2 years)
- Willing to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite
