What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in financial services, banking, collections, insurance, retail, or a contact center environment.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Comfortable using multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
