General Description:
Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong focus on sales, support, and relationship management. Goal-oriented, and skilled in balancing service and sales, with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
Generate sales leads.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right method/ tools.
Meet personal/ customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage the customer.
Work Experience Requirement:
Computer Literature and excellent MS Office esp. Excel
Knowledgeable in System applicant
Proven customer support experience as Customer Service Representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Series 2015
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of character.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Perform quality review of other team members claims/ authorizations according to
established data entry guidelines.
