Requirements
i. Minimum of 12 months Customer Service Representative experience (Advantage Only)
ii. Total of 1 year BPO experience and above (Advantage only)
iii. Must be amenable for 100% work onsite & Night Shift schedule
iii. Good communication Skills
Major Responsibilities
- Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
- Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
- Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs
Background, skills, experience and qualifications
- Good to fluent in English, both written & verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
