Overview
We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support users across an online gaming and betting platform. This role focuses on handling player inquiries, resolving account or product issues, and delivering clear, accurate support across multiple channels.
You'll be part of a high-volume, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, communication skills, and consistency are essential.
This is a fully onsite role and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and account-related concerns
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and calm approach
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and complaints accurately
- Escalate complex or recurring issues to senior team members when needed
- Share customer feedback and common issues with internal teams
- Support retention and conversion efforts through a service-focused approach
- Stay up to date on product updates, promotions, and service changes
- Assist with onboarding or supporting new customer service team members as required
Requirements
- 612 months experience in customer service, BPO, or support roles
- (gaming, betting, or financial services experience is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Comfortable handling voice, chat, and email support
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
- Ability to work under pressure in a customer-facing environment
- Willing and able to work shift-based schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Available for onsite work on a daily basis
