Role Summary
We are looking for a customer service-oriented, detail-driven multitasker with
excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. This person will help keep our
customers informed with the details regarding their shipments, answer any
questions promptly, and ensure our customers have a great experience working with
us.
With the right abilities and attitude, we can provide training in the logistics and
documentation aspects of the position.
What you'll do
- Delivering exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Keeping customers informed regarding their shipments and providing updates and documentation as needed.
- Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries and proactively resolving any issues.
- Preparing and reviewing shipping and export documentation accurately.
- Coordinating logistics and transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines (including work with Ocean Bills of Lading).
- Maintaining up-to-date and organized records of orders, shipments, and customer accounts.
- Supporting daily administrative functions, including but not limited to data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
- Assisting management with special projects or tasks as needed.

- Work experience in customer service, logistics, or administration preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
