Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative
Work setup & shift: Onsite and Nightshift
Site Location: 1880 Building Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Your Role:

Handle inbound calls and incoming email.
Enter, process and release sales orders accurately in the system.
Provide product, pricing and availability information to wholesale clients.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics Teams to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of orders.
Request and process payments on sales orders and credit card management.
Verify validity of sales order discrepancies by obtaining and reviewing information from customers and / or sales reps.
.Support and work closely with the Accounting, Sales Team & Warehouse Staff.
Provide support to salespeople.
Research and process credit memos.
Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, billing and returns.
Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience and company reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Some college or technical school in accounting related courses desired
Over one year of Customer service related experience.
Ability to speak, write and read English fluently and articulately.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, weight and volume.
Smart, Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Willingness to cooperate with customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
Proficient in Excel.
