We're looking for a Customer Support Agent who shares that mission and can be the friendly, reliable voice our customers count on—every step of the way.
Job Overview
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be on the front line of our customer experience. You'll handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, helping customers with everything from product questions to order tracking and after-sales support. Your role is to ensure that every customer feels heard, helped, and happy.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, phone, and live chat.
Provide detailed information about products, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
Resolve delivery issues, returns, or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and clear communication.
Update order statuses, track shipments, and manage returns or exchanges in our system.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the team to improve customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and service standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating customer support tools or CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
Positive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset.
Preferred (but not required)
Experience in the furniture or home decor industry.
Knowledge of UK/Ireland shipping and logistics practices.
