We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as the key point of contact for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the confidence to handle client interactions via phone and/or video calls. You will work closely with our sales manager, designers, and other team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled seamlessly and inquiries are addressed promptly.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and concerns.
• Manage customer correspondence through email, phone, and video calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Coordinate with the sales manager and design team to process and fulfill customer orders.
• Track and manage customer requests, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Provide updates to clients about their orders and address any concerns effectively.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company services and processes to guide customers accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in customer service processes.

Your Background

• Proven experience in a similar customer support or virtual assistant role is required.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confidence in conducting phone and video calls with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using communication tools and CRM platforms.
• Willingness to have a full-time remote working arrangement with a fixed time schedule (US Central)
