Job Description

HIRING: Airbnb Operations & Content Coordinator Social Media + Video + Luxury Staycation Team (Pasay Based | Hybrid)

Manage Airbnb, Agoda, and Direct Booking platforms (calendar, pricing, listings, guest messaging)
Handle guest inquiries, bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and satisfaction follow-ups
Coordinate daily housekeeping and maintenance schedules
Monitor and replenish inventory of supplies and unit essentials
Create engaging social media content (reels, stories, posts) for Airbnb marketing
Produce simple property tour videos, promotional clips, and reels using basic video editing apps
Assist with email marketing promotions for direct bookings (Mailchimp or simple CRM tools)
Prepare basic reports for unit performance and occupancy

Work Setup

Hybrid (work-from-home for online coordination + site visits as needed in Pasay / Metro Manila)
Flexible schedule (depending on guest bookings; may include weekends)

Location:

Hybrid work setup must be based in Pasay or nearby Metro Manila

Must be residing in Pasay or very nearby Metro Manila areas (Makati, Manila, Taguig, Paranaque)
With 1-2 years experience in Airbnb, hotel, hospitality, or property management operations
Strong knowledge of social media content creation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Canva)
With basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar mobile editing apps)
Familiar with email marketing tools (Mailchimp or CRM is a plus)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-service driven
Computer literate: Google Workspace, Spreadsheets, CRM tools
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Flexible schedule to handle guest needs and occasional site visits
Must have a strong work mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently
Can start immediately
