Answer inbound calls from clients receiving Healthrageous services, providing clear information, guidance, and support regarding health and wellness programs, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries related to Healthrageous services and programs.
- Provide guidance and clarify questions about platform usage, benefits, and available resources.
- Identify client needs and offer solutions or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Accurately and thoroughly document call details and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet established quality standards, response times, and performance metrics.
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and culturally appropriate service in both English and Spanish.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and support protocols.
Requirements And Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or phone support (healthcare/wellness sector preferred).
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and office tools.
