Customer Service Representative

Answer inbound calls from clients receiving Healthrageous services, providing clear information, guidance, and support regarding health and wellness programs, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries related to Healthrageous services and programs.
  • Provide guidance and clarify questions about platform usage, benefits, and available resources.
  • Identify client needs and offer solutions or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document call details and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet established quality standards, response times, and performance metrics.
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and culturally appropriate service in both English and Spanish.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and support protocols.

Requirements And Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or phone support (healthcare/wellness sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and office tools.
