  • Work Schedule: Graveyard, shifting schedule
  • At least High School Graduate

Job Description:

  • Agent will manage the users of client website and facilitates customer calls
  • Activities will revolve around real-time customer concerns like rescheduling, ETA requests, or lock combinations for shredding bins.
  • Customers also call to update visit profiles, inquire about inventory, or support order errors.
  • Also assist with password resets, billing, and guiding users through the client portal to ensure seamless service management and resolution.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • At least 1-year prior experience in BPO / Customer Support profile
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Good analytical, multitasking and technical skills
  • Skills like Empathy, problem-solving and active listening would be required
