Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Open to College undergraduates who have completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
  • Candidates must have at least 18 months of BPO experience
  • Preferably with experience handling Collections or Financial accounts
  • Candidates must have high proficiency in written and verbal English skills

Operational Responsibilities:

Customer Handling:

  • Interact with customers for collections or financial account queries
  • Resolve customer issues while adhering to process and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and account updates
